Mr. Hogan was born in Elmhurst, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Hogan concentrates his practice on Insurance Defense matters, including automobile negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, premises liability and workers' compensation.
