Mr. Rhine was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in Philosophy and Psychology, and his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. .

Mr. Rhine has extensive experience in automobile negligence, premises liability, construction negligence, subrogation, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

Mr. Rhine has also successfully argued before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.

Mr. Rhine has handled matters throughout Illinois and has been successful in obtaining favorable results for his clients through arbitration, dispositive motion practice, bench and jury trials.
